Fame Ball Tour is to promote her first studio album , THE FAME. The tour started on March 12, 2009 and will continue through North America. Gaga described the tour as a traveling museum show incorporating Andy Warhol's pop-performance art concept.  Music, fashion, stage, all that is her idea.
